As students approach the end of an academic year, it is important for them to look ahead and prepare for the next stage in their learning.

In order to prepare students for this next step, as a school, we have created a transition work booklet for students to complete which will help prepare them for the new learning set to take place in the next academic year.

The Transition Booklets include reading course content and completing tasks to give students a head start ready for September. This booklet offers advice to students on how they should approach their learning and habits and routines they should look to develop that will put them in a position to succeed as they move through their studies.

Students should work through the tasks only for the subjects they are studying, which need to be completed and stuck into their exercise books before the start of the new academic year.
